Installation Attentions Of Vibrating Feeder

  • Vibrating feeder generally adopts hanging type installation. The boom should be installed on the structure which has enough rigidity. For the large feeder, in order to conveniently repair and replace, it also should set up a mobile carriage.
  • Vibrating feeder should be overall installation. In general, it does not allow the disassembly, and not allowed any rigid attachment on the machine. When installation, it should leave some space for the activities surrounding equipment, to avoid the collision with other equipment.
  • The trough body of vibrating feeder can be installed horizontally, and can be installed in a slope. The feeding capacity and declination angle is proportional. But if the below angle is too large, it is easy to cause the material flows, and difficult to guarantee the precision of feeding. Therefore, according to the nature of the materials, we can be sure of is tilted upward, downward sloping or horizontal.
  • After installation, the feeder should be in the level state, to avoid material deviates to one side, and ensure that all fastening bolts securely fastened.

Maintenance Attentions Of Vibrating Feeder

  • Always check the feeding trough amplitude and coil current. Note that whether the sound of machine is normal. If it is found that the sound suddenly become larger, or has impact sound, to carefully analyze the reasons, and immediately stop processing.
  • The iron core and the armature must balance. Always check whether the bolts are loose, and the gap is normal. If the bolt is loosening and plate spring fracture, and the air gap between the iron core and the armature changes or impacts, it should immediately process.
  • Always check whether the hoisting device loose. If find loose, it will affect the feed quality. So it should be immediately fastened.
  • The sealing cover must be covered well, to prevent dust entering and blocking. It should always clean up the ash.
